Busy Weekend

We were crazy-busy all weekend and I had to get up early Friday, Saturday AND Sunday so I made-up for it by sleeping until noon today (and then I snuck in a little nap later-on). DH fed the upstairs dogs because he knew I was exhausted.
Jack: It got cold again and started raining so I didn't get to go outside for long today. I barked at Mom for a while to take me for a walk and she told me to shut-up and go chew my bone. So, I went to get my bone and Katy had it!
Gus: It's cold and rainy so I spent most of the day firmly in my favorite snuggly blanket with my squeaky ball. I love my squeaky ball. It's a little big for my mouth so I can't always get it to squeak. When that happens, I hold it and bang it on the floor. Mom thinks this is really funny, for some reason.
Katy: On the Princess Throne with MY bone. I don't know why Jack thinks it's his bone. I got distracted when the doorbell rang and he snagged it, but I took it away from him so all is well again.
Drake: I got a cookie! My favorite thing! I wrassled with Corbin! My favorite thing! I made a Drake-escape and got on the bed with Mom! My favorite thing!
Mona: The kids are weaned so now I can turn most of my attention to teaching my bratty daughter Eve some manners. I thought I had done a better job with her when she was a puppy but apparently that needs some re-enforcing.
NaNa: Down to just one kid and Mom says that this week I will be moving back to the dog room so he can learn to be independent. Fine by me. I'm not spending THAT much time with him, but he's kind-of a nuisance sometimes.
Dot: I got part of my hair cut-off today! Mom says she is going to finish tomorrow and after that I can be a "regular dog" and play with everyone else. Finally!
Elle: I am now officially the Princess of the house since I am the only "active" show dog (whatever that means). I get LOTS of extra attention along with the daily grooming, so that's all good.
Kirk: I'm a big boy now and human Mom is teaching me to walk nicely on a lead. I am getting brushed-out every day (getting my manners down, Mom says), and then I have to stand on the stacking box for a while, and then lay nicely on the table (table manners, Mom says). My brothers went to live with new parents and Mom says that's all sunshine and love, so she is happy.
Holli and Loren: We don't get to drink good milk from Mama any more, but she still plays with us and sleeps with us. She is also beating our big sister Eve up a lot because Eve is being a brat.
Stephan: I spent most of the day hanging out on the grooming table. I did get out with Tai for a while, but he has a weird plastic thing on his head and he's like a battering ram. After he ran into me about the 10th time I asked Mom to put me on the table. Whew. Some peace and quiet.
Tai: Last Friday I went to the Dogtor and came home with a plastic thing on my head and I am SURE some parts of me are missing, but since I have the plastic thing (Mom calls me a "conehead") I haven't been able to check. I was all back to my normal self by Saturday, but Mom spent most of Friday afternoon laughing at me because the plastic thing kept bumping-into stuff and when I tried to sit down it hurt so I would bounce right back up. Mom said, "That's what you get for destroying all that shit and chewing all the hair off your legs! I warned you!" My incision is healing beautifully, according to Mom and I'm going to live with my new Mom on Friday. I think that will be nice because I won't have the plastic thing any more and I get to be out ALL THE TIME.
