We miss Dad!

oh Aunties, Dad has gone missing. We are ever so worried about him.
Mumsaid we wos going on a big adventure to see Grandma and Grandad, and it wos very exciting! There wos packing and toys and treats and everything went into our bag. And we went out to the car, and Mum and Dad loaded lots of stuff into the car, and we all set off.
But then Dad got out of the car! He said 'goodbye troops' and he told Mum He loved her, and us he loved us. And told us to be good, and we would see him soon, and then he got out! And Mum didn't wait! She drove off without him! She said he was going to work.
so we expected him to be at Grandma and Grandads when we got here. Cos, Dad is clever like that. But he wasn't. 
We waited at the door, so we would be there when he found us.
but he hasn't! And we look for him on walks, in case we can catch his scent. And I don't want to go on walks and leave the house, in case he arrives while we are out. How will he find us, if we don't wait for him?
it is very worrying.
Tara misses him, but not as much as me. She has fallen in love with Grandad, so she is OK. They play together, and he pretends to be a monster, and she bounces and wags and woo-woo-woos at him, and he larffs.
she does miss Dad, but she likes being with Grandad too.
but i am very worried.
do you think Dad will ever find us again? Mumis missing him too. I can tell.
