I made ribs today. Early this morning I rubbed them down with salt, pepper, cayenne and mustard seed and started them marinating with a can of Lone Star beer, garlic, oil, worcestershire, white vinegar, honey. About 1:00 they came out of the marinade, got rubbed down with the dry mix again and went in the oven at 250°F until dinner.

Served with sweet rolls out of the book that came with the KitchenAid mixer, a can of ranch beans, and homemade fries.

Awesome!
