Sophie's Haven 17,464 Posted November 7, 2013 Report Share Posted November 7, 2013 Italian Mushrooms 1 pound medium fresh mushrooms 1 large onion, sliced 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix In a 3 quart slow cooker, layer mushrooms and onion. Combine butter and salad dressing mix; pour over vegetables. Cove and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until vegetables are tender. Serve with a slotted spoon. Yield: 6 servings. 1/2 cup equals 90 calories...........5 carbs. I have made this 3 differant ways and this is the best way to prepare this dish. Very tasty!!
