Luna 8,676 Posted November 21, 2014 Report Share Posted November 21, 2014 Made this last night to go with some grilled chicken and grilled baby carrots and it's going to be in regular rotation from here on in! http://jeanetteshealthyliving.com/2013/04/creamy-garlic-mashed-cauliflower-and-potato.html I did the cauliflower in the microwave and pureed it WITH the minced garlic before following the rest of the recipe.
