runner_girl_63 0
Cabela's in the DFW (Alliance) area has outdoor kennels for your fur baby. They are covered and shaded. The floors are concrete. Water bowls and fresh water are available. The kennels are very nice, but they are not attended. There is a place on the door for a padlock - you'll need to bring your own (and probably should). and ... if you happen to have a horse with you they have corrals available as well. These facilites are free to Cabela's customers. What a great idea! :-) Lori
tzukeeper 12
I've only ever seen their catalog but have heard that there will soon be a Cabela's built nearby. My hubby and sons will love that. Maybe ours will have those things too!
Ellie 0
They just opened a Cabela's in East Hartford, CT. We actually took a ride there this past Friday night. (My hubby is a big hunter and that's his favorite store) It was dark by the time we got there so I didnt see any kennels but I'm sure we'll be visiting there again so I'll check it out. I think that's a great service to provide! More companies should take into consideration that pets are considered part of the family and go on vacations, errands, whatever with their loved one's.
